The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrest do no imply guilt

DWI

* Robert B. Burton, 21, 2009 Steven Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Brianna Rodriguez, 18, of Barnhart, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of alcohol by a minor.

* A subject was taken into custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

Theft

* A motor vehicle was reported stolen at Gourmet Foods, 1249 S. Kingshighway.

* Food was reported stolen at Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

* Endangering the welfare of a child was reported.
