The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Kimberly Lynn Zuck, 19, of New Madrid, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated.

* Nathan Lyce Edwards, no age given, 1907 Sherwood Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Ricky Lee Dorsett Sr., age not given, of Azusa, Calif., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Troy A. Figliolo, 28, 1506 Big Bend Road, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation for a peace disturbance and a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for an assault on school property.

Summons

* Kirk Ryan Stevens, 22, 269 Capaha Trail, received a summons for property damage.

Assaults

* An assault was reported.

* Domestic assault was reported.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault, stealing and felonious restraint.

Thefts

* An iPod, cord, camera and case were reported stolen at 1201 S. Sprigg St.

* Plaza Auto Sales, 60 S. Plaza Way, reported a radio stolen.

* The Keg Shop, 1803 Independence St., reported liquor stolen.

* A purse was reported stolen at 496 S. Lake Drive.

* A 2003 Chevrolet Venture was reported stolen at 2426 Hilltop Lane, but was later recovered.

* Spencer's Gifts reported jewelry stolen at 3049 William Street. A 14-year-old girl was taken into custody in connection with the report.

* Shell Dmart, 3415 William St., reported fuel stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported fuel stolen.

* Stealing was reported at 1624 N. Kingshighway.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported at 1115 N. Frederick St. An air conditioner and a fuse box wiring were reported cut.

Property damage

* A vehicle door lock was reported damaged at 50 S. Kingshighway, where a CD player was also reported stolen.

* A vehicle door was reported damaged at 3269 Hopper Road.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported.

* Robbery was reported.

* Tampering was reported.

* A 43-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* Saint Francis Medical Center, 211 Saint Francis Drive, reported trespassing.

* First-degree trespassing was reported at 2019 Concord Place.

* Forcible sodomy, stealing and armed criminal action was reported.

* Child abuse was reported.

DWI

* Jessica M. McLeod, 21, of Burfordville was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest.

Arrests

* Michael G. Anderson, 35, of Whitewater was arrested on a Lafayette County warrant for exceeding tandem axle weight and a Taney County warrant for failure to appear for a nonmoving traffic violation.

* Ronald D. Coleman, 42, of St. Louis, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault and tampering with a witness.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 600 block of Rosamund Street.

* Theft was reported in the 500 block of Broadridge Drive.

Burglary

* Burglary was reported in the 800 block of Birdie Lane.

Miscellaneous

* Court order violation was reported in the 1000 block of Highland Drive.

* Harassment was reported in the 1300 block of Lenco Avenue.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 100 block of Bellevue Street.
