CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Cody Duncan, 31, 101 N. Ellis St., Apt. 5, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault and property damage.

* Wade A. Moore, 44, 1104 William St., was arrested on suspicion of concealment of contraband.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of false declaration, resisting arrest, assault on law enforcement and mentally ill detention.

* Craig A. Walker, 31, 2843 Whitener St., Apt. A1, was arrested on suspicion of false declaration and driving while revoked.

* Andrew S. Dockins, no age given, of Glenallen, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear.

Summons

* Brandon Willis was issued a summons for nuisance party.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported at 101 N. Ellis St., Apt. 5.

* Domestic assault was reported at 1958 Delwin St.

Burglary

* Burglary and theft were reported at 928 S. Ellis St.
