CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt:

Arrests

* Wanda Rodgers, 18, of Tamms, Ill., and Demone Hopkins, 23, of Cairo, Ill., were arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Demarco Garvin, no age given, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

* Marvin Spencer, 50, 321 S. Middle St., was issued a summons for possession of marijuana.

* Anthony Wilson, 24, 1566 Saratoga Ave., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.

* Jeremy Haynes, 24, 319 Albert St., was issued a summons for stealing merchandise at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Michael Green, 39, 722 Jefferson Ave., was issued a summons for prohibited acts at 605 Amethyst St.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Assault was reported.

* Assault was reported.

Robbery

* Robbery was reported at 407 Morgan Oak St.

Burglary

* Burglary and theft of yard equipment were reported at 1431 Perryville Street.

Thefts

* A sign was reported stolen at Jimmy Johns, 1800 Broadway.

* Money was reported stolen at Broadway and Sprigg Street.

* Electronics were reported stolen at 315 Mill St.

Miscellaneous

* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported at Pind Wood Lane and Whitener Street.
