DWIs

* Jason Z. Wilson, 21, of East Prairie, Mo., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.

* Tasha D. Treece, 41, of Portageville, Mo., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Christian X. Flores, 20, of St. Louis was arrested on a St. Louis County, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.

* Anthony Figueroa, 25, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of an open container violation.

Summonses

* Shannon M. Buford, 36, 1006 Camino Court, was issued a summons for an animal leash law violation.

* James H. Williams Jr., 47, 710 Morgan Oak St., was issued a summons for peace disturbance.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

* James D. Poe Jr., 58, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of operating a vehicle on the highway without a valid license.

* Elizabeth A. Wilson, 32, of Wister, Okla., was arrested on a LeFlore County, Okla., warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance.

* Kristy L. Burton, 34, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of theft.

* Richard E. Volkerding, 32, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Horton D. Alexander, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on two Ste. Genevieve County, Mo., warrants for failure to appear for a traffic offense and failure to appear for the traffic offense of yielding to vehicle.

* Craig A. Hendrickson, 40, of Whitewater was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Adrian P. Seabaugh, 27, of Jackson was arrested on a Missouri probation and parole warrant for parole violation for burglary.
