The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Luther C. Welch III, 40, 1080 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of false declaration.

* Tyler Pete Hawn, 50, 1673 Westwood Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for trespassing.

* Chrystal Lynn Harris, 21, 16 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for trespassing.

* James Robert Robinson, 32, 816 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for assault.

* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court.

* Bradley Wayne Jones, 53, 309 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Saint Francis Medical Center.

Summonses

* Dustin H. Wright, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.

* Larry G. Temple, no age given, of Sikeston, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Trevor J. Cliff, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for following too closely.

Theft

* Money and cigarettes were reported stolen at 495 S. Mount Auburn Road.

Miscellaneous

* A 35-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
