DWI
* Wyaman Y. Hoefer Jr., 45, 2703 Luce St., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated and a stop-sign violation.
Arrests
* Ashley N. Hicks, no age given, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at J.C. Penney, 200 West Park Mall.
* Bobby J. Masterson, 47, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.
* Kathy L. Hannah, 34, 1927 N. Kingshighway, Lot 44, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
* Joan A. Resinger, 37, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Benjamin A. Jones, 29, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
* Brian D. Jackson, 26, 807 William St., was arrested in suspicion of two counts of possession of a controlled substance and failure to stop at a stop sign.
* Denzel T. Smith, 22, 406 Sheridan Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked and receiving stolen property.
* Karen L. Moody, 50, of Portageville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
* Anthony W. Kittrell, 39, 308 N. Lorimier St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
* Chad R. Henley, 28, homeless, was arrested on a Scott County, Mo., warrant for probation violation.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of marijuana and an unlicensed vehicle.
* Terrell A. Beasley, 26, 623 Sycamore Circle, Apt. 3, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for signal violation and suspended operator's license.
Summonses
* Doug D. Turner, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to maintain a single lane and no valid proof of insurance.
* Seth B. Stevens, 19, 1403 N. Sprigg St., was issued a summons for being a minor in possession and unlawful use of a driver's license.
* Shirley J. Heise, no age given, 944 W. Cape Rock Drive, was issued a summons for failure to yield.
* Casey L. Cardwell, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for following too close.
Burglaries
* A projector and money were reported stolen from Overcomers Church, 624 S. Ellis St.
* Burglary was reported at 201 S. Spanish St.
* Burglary and theft of a television, iPhone, handgun and keys to a motorcycle were reported at 1202 Jefferson Ave.
Thefts
* A toolbox and tools were reported stolen at 1945 Delwin St.
* A Proline trimmer and leaf blower were reported stolen at 607 Albert St.
* Theft of a T-shirt was reported at 337 N. Ellis St.
* Medication was reported stolen on South Kingshighway.
* A car title, car registration and insurance card were reported stolen at 123 S. Park Ave.
* A debit card, money and a camera bag were reported stolen at 121 S. Sprigg St.
* Identity theft was reported.
Property damage
* A storm door was reported damaged at 247 Clark Ave.
* Property damage was reported at Broadway and North Water Street.
Miscellaneous
* An animal bite was reported.
* A 43-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Fraudulent use of a credit or debit device was reported.
* Tampering with computer data was reported.
* Child abuse was reported.
