The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt

DWI

* Vickie A. Stroud, 51, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* A 13-year-old boy, a 13-year-old girl and a 15-year-old girl were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of disturbing the peace and behavior injurious to self or others.

* Kelly D. Egan, 37, 1911 Briarwood Drive, was arrest on a Jefferson County warrant for a nonmoving traffic offense.

Summonses

* Anthony R. Brown, 23, 714 S. Ellis St., received a summons.

* Neil N. Howland, 23, 1927 N. Kingshighway St., received a summons for unlawful use of a weapon.

* Ronald E. Romans, 47, 715 Elm St., received a summons for excessive weed growth and failure to maintain private property free of litter.

Burglary

* A laptop computer, cash register and money were reported stolen and a window was damaged at V&L Nails and Spa, 1750 N. Kingshighway.

* A Nintendo Wii was reported stolen at 1110 S. Ranney Ave.

Theft

* Theft was reported at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.

* Papers were reported stolen at 1554 Whitener St.

Property damage

* A vehicle window was reported damaged at 825 North St.

Miscellaneous

* Counterfeiting was reported at Champs Sports, 3049 William St.

* Counterfeiting was reported at Lids, 3049 William St.

* Counterfeiting was reported at Macy's, 3049 William St.

* Counterfeiting was reported at Finish Line, 3049 William St.

* A 42-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* A 60-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
