Arrests

  • Karlis J.L. Scott, 33, 115 N. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.
  • Corey C. Coleman Jr., 25, 539 S. Middle St., was arrested at Independence and Broadview streets on Perry County, Missouri, warrants for domestic assault and felonious restraint.
  • Mattie J. Rider, 31, 536 S. Middle St., was arrested at 536 S. Middle St. on Cape Girardeau warrants for resisting or interfering with arrest and resisting arrest.
  • Matthew B. Rider, 34, 536 S. Middle St., was arrested at 536 S. Middle St. on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for property damage and stealing.
  • Brett L. Howell, 34, no address given, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for no insurance and driving while revoked and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
  • Tara L. Bruckerhoff, 36, homeless, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for speeding.
  • Michael T. Whitney, 23, 1946 Delwin St., was arrested at Walnut and Benton streets on Cape Girardeau warrants for no driver's license and property damage.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while revoked at South Pacific and Independence streets.

Summons

  • Jessica E. Figueroa, 29, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal city license required.
