The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* David Scott, 40, of Kennett, Mo., was arrested on a Perryville, Mo., warrant for shoplifting.

* Zachary Rahn, 19, of Springfield, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol and misrepresentation of age.

* Darcell Moore, 23, 417 S. Benton St., was arrested on five Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court.

* Donta L. McClinton, 22, 926 William St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Durk L. Graham, 20, 520 N. Fountain St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

* Eric D. Tunnell, 23, 419 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for receiving stolen property.

* Brett D. Becker, 23, 1018 Broadway, was arrested on suspicion of obstructing government operations.

* Mark B. Lamont, 43, 1431 Perryville Road, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.

* Keithy D. Carter, 17, 515 N. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and operating a motor vehicle without a license.

* A 16-year-old boy was taken into custody for possession of marijuana.

* Joshua J. Powell, 24, 130 N. Park Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* Ruben D. Navarro, 20, 510 N. Fountain St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for no operator's license and improper registration.

* Felix D. Lands, 19, of Hastings, Neb., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no operator's license and no proof of insurance.

* A subject was in custody, pending the filing of formal charges, on suspicion of possession of an imitation controlled substance.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of stealing and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Brian Wayne Godair, 39, 2128 Woodland Hills, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation.

Summonses

* Trisha Marlane Ayers, 57, 1018 S. Benton St., received a summons for a leash-law violation.

* Angela Marie Brown, 31, 118 Cousin St., received a summons for a leash-law violation and no city animal license.

* Aje Homes LLC, 24 S. Silver Springs Road, received a summons for a storm-water violation.
