The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Eric S. Miller, 19, 1230 Bertling St., was arrested on suspicion of burglary and stealing.

* William M. Witzel, 29, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting.

* Keith E. Williams, 29, of Tamms, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Christopher T. Parmer, 30, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for stealing.

* Lee A. Abraham, 24, of Tucson, Ariz., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for speeding and a suspended driver's license.

Summonses

* Paige A. Luehmann, 19, 1745 Pemiscot St., was issued a summons for a party nuisance.

* Jenna K. Coolingridge, 19, 1745 Pemiscot St., was issued a summons for a party nuisance.

* Jadyn P. Smith, no age given, 921 Hackberry St., Apt. 101, was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.

* Kevin E. Strubinger, 43, of Fenton, Mo., was issued a summons for excessive weed growth.

* Nicole M. Guth, 34, 121 East Rodney Drive, Apt. 4, was issued a summons for stealing at Dollar General, 64 S. Plaza Way.

* Nicole L. Tollison, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for improper lane change.

* Daniel R. Noble, 32, 1107 Bloomfield St., was issued a summons for a leash-law violation.
