Arrests

* Steven W. Warfield, 49, 112 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for dangerous drugs.

* Bobbie J. Toland, 43, of Manchester, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Roosevelt F. Winfield, 22, 2723 Themis St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for speeding.

* Michael L. Geralds, 23, 108 S. Sprigg St., Apt. A, was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court for no operator's license.

* A juvenile, age not given, was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of shoplifting at 3049 William St.

* Brandi L. Barnett, 32, of Paducah, Ky., was arrested on suspicion of forgery.

Summonses

* Stephen M. Schardan, 17, 110 S. Ranney Ave., received a summons for animal neglect.

* Aaron E. Smith, 53, 429 N. Frederick St., received a summons for drinking in public.

Assault

* Assault was reported.

Burglaries

* Computers, televisions and cellphones were reported stolen at 912 N. Frederick St.

* A DVD player, credit card, cellphone and cash were reported stolen at 701 Broadway.

Thefts

* Theft was reported at A2Z Daycare, 245 S. Broadview St.

* A cellphone was reported stolen at 2001 N. Kingshighway.

* A camera, scissors and cash were reported stolen at 1528 N. Water St.

* Shell Dmart, 3415 William St., reported gasoline stolen.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 40 S. Sprigg St.

* A 49-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A 54-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* Resisting arrest, false declaration and unlawful use of a concealable firearm were reported.

* A 60-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
