The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Lawrence V. Wesley Jr., 51. of Doniphan, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended.

* Samuel M. Cook, 22, 520 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Francine M. Ford, 34, 411 Fitzgerald St., was arrested on suspicion of prohibited acts of noise.

* Rontevreal D. Henderson, 35, 1724 Good Hope St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for prohibited acts of noise.

* Tommy S. Dudley, 54, 1437 N. Main St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Scottie R. Moyers, 41, 410 N. Mount Auburn Road, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance.

Summonses

* Yogyesh Gurung, 26, 333 N. Ellis St., was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

* Sagar Sidaula, 23, 333 N. Ellis St., was issued a summons for possession of marijuana.

* Rontevreal D. Henderson, 35, 1724 Good Hope St., was issued a summons for possession of marijuana.

* Jamorris B. Nunley, 31, 610 Henderson Ave., was issued a summons for driving while revoked and displaying plates of another.

* T'Neisha L. Burns, no age given, 628 S. Pacific St., was issued a summons for no automobile insurance.

* Diksha M. Jadwisiak, no age given, 1454 Whitener St., was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Nitosha C. Ozment, 23, 1303 Jefferson Ave., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter.

* Stacey L. Craddock, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for following too close.

* Mitchell R. Kennard, no age given, of Blodgett, Mo., was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

* Burglary and damage to a door were reported at 535 Louis St.

* Burglary and theft of dishes and curtains were reported at 1303 Jefferson Ave.

* Burglary and damage to a window, interior door and storm door were reported at 1121 Bloomfield St.

Thefts

* Theft was reported at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Theft of an iPhone was reported at South Silver Springs and Mount Auburn roads.

Property damage

* Basement windows were reported damaged at 37 S. Benton St.

Miscellaneous

* Trespassing was reported at 320 S. Ellis St.

* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported at 820 Illinois Ave.

* Forgery was reported.
