The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Yovanny Velasquez, 33, 2405 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Zecharrah E. Kurgas, 19, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* Roderick L. Randle, 28, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

* Lottie E. Carden, 33, 131 S. Louisiana Ave., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Theft

* Huck's, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported stolen gasoline.

Miscellaneous

* A 20-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 21-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 22-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
