CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrest does not imply guilt.

DWI

• Lisa Savage, 54, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane at Bloomfield Street and Henderson Avenue.

Arrests

• A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault at 330 N. Spring St.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of marijuana.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of shoplifting and trespassing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• Khaled S. Alrasheed, 32, 1327 N. Sprigg St., No. 5, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.
• Leslie E. Goldsmith, 37, homeless, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault.
• William S. Claussen, 32, 627 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of failure to yield to emergency vehicle, speeding, driving while revoked, failure to display plates and no insurance.
• William M. Madison Jr., 46, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of making a false declaration at Lowe's, 3440 Lowes Drive.
• Jeganaath Mudaliar, 24, no address given, was arrested on a warrant.
• Jasa Elliot, 21, no address given, was arrested on a warrant at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• Joseph Walker, 30, no address given, was arrested on a warrant at West End Boulevard and Good Hope Street.
• Taylor Green, 18, no address given, was arrested on a warrant on West End Boulevard.
• Josephine Mondragon, 44, no address given, was arrested on a warrant on South Pacific Street.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges for theft.
• Collin Seyer, 22, no address given, was arrested on a warrant at Merriwether Street and West End Boulevard.

Summonses

• Ashley C. Morrison, 32, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for animal leash law required and animal city license required at 1728 Pemiscot St.
• Kimyetta T. Bruster, 24, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for display of certain items prohibited at 712 S. Pacific St.

Assaults

• Domestic assault and property damage were reported.
• Assault was reported at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.
• Domestic assault was reported.
• Assault was reported at 736 William St.
• Domestic assault and abuse of a child were reported.
• Assault and unlawful use of a weapon were reported at 525 S. Ellis St.
• Domestic assault was reported.

Property damage

• A window and outer walls reported damaged at 505 Good Hope St.
• Windows were reported damaged at 519 Good Hope St.
• Property damage was reported at Southeast Hospital, 1701 Lacey St.
• Damage to windows and siding were reported at 1018 Good Hope St.

Miscellaneous

• A 41-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
• Child molestation was reported.
• A 21-year-old man was taken into protective custody at 803 Minnesota St.
• Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.
