The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Jacob L. Culver, 31, 231 N. Clark St., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.

Arrests

* Jason M. Jungers, 29, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* Delores M. Ross, 39, 903 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a traffic offense, on a New Madrid County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic offense and on a St. Francois County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic offense.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

Summonses

* Joseph L. Skaggs, 56, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for giving a false report.

* Nicholas I. Wenderski, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Alejandra C. Herrera, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving without a valid license.

Assault

* Assault was reported at 1132 N. Frederick St.

Thefts

* An iPhone was reported stolen at 1625 N. Kingshighway.

* Miscellaneous tools were reported stolen at 1135 Giboney St.

Property damage

* A latch on a trailer was reported damaged and tools stolen at 2517 Copperfield Drive.

* A drop box was reported damaged at 1815 Cape LaCroix Road.

Miscellaneous

* Fraudulent use of credit/debit device and identity theft were reported at 1868 Lakeshore Drive.

* Harassment was reported at 338 E. Cape Rock Drive.

* A 23-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
