  • Amanda Lynn Bles, 33, of Oran, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for obstruction: fraud and insufficient-funds check.
  • Christopher Brandon Ford, 34, 634 Woodbine Place, was arrested on a Scott City warrant for driving with a revoked license.
  • Lacey Leah Antionett Meyers, 21, 1107 Good Hope St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for assault.

Summonses

  • Wayne E. Heckrotte, 65, of Cape Girardeau twice was issued a summons for animal leash law required/animal city license required.
  • Amber A. Street, no age given, of Chaffee, Missouri, was issued a summons for not having proof of insurance.
  • Christina D. Cody, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a lawfully stopped vehicle.
  • Robert Jack, Beltran Jr., 53, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for nuisance within .5 miles of the city/displaying prohibited items.
  • Steven W. Bromley, 53, of Columbia, Illinois, was issued a summons for failure to yield.
  • Naythan E. Rigdon, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to maintain a single lane.
  • Daniel Alvarez-Leon, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for following to closely.

  • A food-stamp card, medication and a cellphone were reported stolen at 123 Clark Ave.

Property damage

  • A broken door and window were reported at 45 S. West End Blvd.
