Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Thermon L. Watson, 60, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* Two subjects were in custody pending formal charges of possession of methamphetamine, manufacturing a controlled substance, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine precursors and driving with a revoked license.
* Kevin K. Bevell Jr., 23, 503 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for traffic violations and a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for dangerous drugs.
* Adrin K. Nunley, 24, 1020 Independence St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for assault and for walking in the road.
Summonses
* August G. Jones, 34, 735 William St., received a summons for maintaining a disorderly home.
Assaults
* An assault was reported.
* Domestic assault and trespassing were reported.
Thefts
* Capaha Bank, 3168 William St., reported money stolen.
* Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported food stolen.
Property damage
* A vehicle was reported damaged at 1121 Bloomfield St.
Miscellaneous
* A 27-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* A 13-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.
* Forgery was reported.
* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
* Harassment was reported.
* Forgery was reported.
