The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Isaac D. Porter, 24, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Jenny M. Law, 18, of Mounds, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Machaela B. Durham, 22, 1006 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.

* Two suspects were in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

* Shannon M. Adams, 34, 817 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for excessive weed growth.

* Chadrick B. Ferguson, 26, of Olive Branch, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for striking a stopped vehicle.

Summonses

* Deema A. Muhanna, no age given, 151 N. Fountain St., was issued a summons for improper lane change.

* Caitlin M. Hill, 22, of Jackson was issued a summons for stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Alexis A. Wicks, 24, 2619 Hilltop Drive, was issued a summons for stealing.

* Ambaer N. Bell, 26, of Thebes, Ill., was issued a summons for stealing.

* Jance A. Gainwell, no age given, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was issued a summons for driving while revoked.

* Ashley N. Rhymer, 408 Bellevue St., Apt. 2B, was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Maranda L. Mills, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for following too close.

* Jaime L. Williams, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for following too close.

* Samuel J. Ward, 47, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for first-degree assault.

* Dolph D. Booth Jr., 27, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.

* Shawna M. Odom, 40, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of making a false report.

* Marcia R. Franks, 55, of Whitewater was arrested on suspicion of third-degree domestic assault.

* Christopher A. Shepard, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of attempt to manufacture or produce more than 5 grams of marijuana.

* Misty F. Wildhaber, 27, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for fraudulent use of a credit/debit device.

* Lindsey R. Moore, 20, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for forgery, fraudulent use of a credit/debit device and second-degree robbery.

* Travis J. Collins, 20, of Leopold, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana.

* Zachary D. Hartwick, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of second-degree assault.

* Matthew E. Prince, 38, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of second-degree assault.

* Brian N. Harris, 45, of Dutchtown was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked.

* Jeffery L. Woir, 54, of Kankakee, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.

* Randy W. Glover, 33, of Fruitland was arrested on St. Louis County warrants for possession of a controlled substance and parole violation for larceny.
