  • Anthony R. Bell, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for child neglect.
  • Teresa Y. Harter, no age given, of Thebes, Illinois, was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.
  • Judy P. Snyder, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for following too closely.
  • Brandace R. Anderson, 22, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for trespassing.
  • Kaelin A. Clabon-Barnes, 19, of St. Louis was issued a summons for trespassing.
  • Dejuan M. Haynes, 21, of St. Louis was issued a summons for trespassing.
  • Jamar S. King, 22, of St. Louis was issued a summons for trespassing.

  • A license plate was reported stolen at 416 Minnesota Ave.
  • A GPS unit and cellphone charger were reported stolen at 313 N. West End Blvd.
  • A ring was reported stolen at 2857 Themis St.
  • Money was reported stolen at 540 S. Pacific St.
  • Assault was reported at 64 East Plaza Way.
  • Domestic assault and assault were reported.
  • Property damage was reported at 615 Broadway.
  • Property damage was reported at 11 S. Kingshighway.
  • A 28-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
  • Charges are pending against a suspect for failure to return to confinement.
  • A suspicious fire was reported.
