DWI

* Janet K. Eichhorn, 56, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated and striking a legally parked vehicle.

Arrests

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of allegedly making a false declaration.

* Theresa A. Davault, 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Boone County warrant.

* Darin E. Scruggs, 42, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of probation violation.

* Two suspects were in custody pending formal charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.

Summonses

* Darrin P. Underwood, 23, of Jackson was issued a summons for stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Jennifer L. Morton, 24, of Jackson was issued a summons for stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* William J. Riley, no age given, of St. Charles, Mo., was issued a summons for property damage involving a vehicle.

* Cantai J. Moore, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for peace disturbance.

Assault

* Third-degree domestic assault was reported at 3007 Wisteria Drive.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported at 433 Marie St. A window was damaged, but nothing was reported stolen.

* A burglary was reported and money was reported stolen at 2547 Lynnwood Drive.

Theft

* A camera and a USB cord were reported stolen at 1020 Independence St.

* A second-degree robbery was reported at 1201 Good Hope St.

* A debit card was reported stolen at 1201 Broadway.

* License plates were reported stolen at 1448 N. Kingshighway.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* Theft was reported at 1105 Linden St.

* Rent N Roll, 610 Broadway, reported rental property was not returned.

* Several items were reported stolen at 325 S. Lorimier St.

Property damage

Miscellaneous

* A suspect failed to return to confinement. A warrant packet was filed.
