Arrests

  • Jarvis Terence Patterson, 27, 521 Frederick St., was arrested on a Dunklin County, Missouri, warrant for probation violation, a Cape Girardeau warrant for weapon offense and a Butler County, Missouri, warrant for probation violation.
  • Chiquita Charmain Bell, 34, 534 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for cruelty toward a child.
  • Raven Chanel Lee, 31, 533 S. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for dangerous drugs.
  • Charles Lee Snyder, 30, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
  • Jacob Dylan Jungers, 24, of Benton, Missouri, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation and failure to appear.
  • Michaela Layne Bell, 17, 124 Lot Drive No. 23, was arrested on a Scott City warrant for traffic violation.
  • Tyler Lynn Ober, 23, 611 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Scott City warrant for stealing.
  • Arvel Lee Long, 37, 45 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 416, was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for expired plates and no proof of insurance.
  • Kathering Leaann Barnard, 34, no address given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
  • Jesse Allen Pulley, 39, 45 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 204, was arrested on suspicion of stealing and unlawful use of a weapon.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and failure to register a motor vehicle.

Summonses

  • Florence E. Leggett, 2549 Marvin St., was issued a summons for failure to yield at Lexington Avenue and Kingsway Drive.
  • Judith Ray Smith, 63, of St. Louis was issues a summons for assault at 1701 Lacey St.
