Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Jarvis Terence Patterson, 27, 521 Frederick St., was arrested on a Dunklin County, Missouri, warrant for probation violation, a Cape Girardeau warrant for weapon offense and a Butler County, Missouri, warrant for probation violation.
• Chiquita Charmain Bell, 34, 534 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for cruelty toward a child.
• Raven Chanel Lee, 31, 533 S. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for dangerous drugs.
• Charles Lee Snyder, 30, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
• Jacob Dylan Jungers, 24, of Benton, Missouri, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation and failure to appear.
• Michaela Layne Bell, 17, 124 Lot Drive No. 23, was arrested on a Scott City warrant for traffic violation.
• Tyler Lynn Ober, 23, 611 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Scott City warrant for stealing.
• Arvel Lee Long, 37, 45 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 416, was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for expired plates and no proof of insurance.
• Kathering Leaann Barnard, 34, no address given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
• Jesse Allen Pulley, 39, 45 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 204, was arrested on suspicion of stealing and unlawful use of a weapon.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and failure to register a motor vehicle.

Summonses

• Florence E. Leggett, 2549 Marvin St., was issued a summons for failure to yield at Lexington Avenue and Kingsway Drive.
• Judith Ray Smith, 63, of St. Louis was issues a summons for assault at 1701 Lacey St.

Assaults

• Assault was reported.
• Assault and theft were reported.

Burglaries

• Burglary and theft of a pressure washer pump, generator and vacuum adapters were reported at Morgan Oak and South Sprigg streets.
• Burglary and theft of batteries and radiators -- which later were recovered -- were reported at 1207 N. Main St.
• Burglary and damage to a window screen were reported at 214 S. Pacific St.
• Burglary was reported at 1316 Good Hope St.

Theft

• A cellphone was reported stolen at 1800 William St.

Miscellaneous

• A dog bite was reported at 810 Alta Vista Drive.
• A checkbook was found at 2129 Sussex Drive.
• A request for service was reported.
• Assist other agency was reported.
• A 62-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
• Identity theft was reported.
• A handgun was found on West End Boulevard.
• Endangering the welfare of a child was reported.
• A green-and-black bicycle was found at 546 S. Sprigg St.
• Child abuse was reported.
• Damage to a soft top for a Jeep was reported at 3248 William St.
