Cape Girardeau police report 10/21/16

CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• A 9-year-old boy was taken into custody on suspicion of peace disturbance and assault.
• Two suspects were in custody pending formal charges of stealing cigarettes at 2327 Belleridge Pike.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
• Willis C. Weaver Sr., 51, of East Prairie, Missouri, was arrested at 1134 S. Kingshighway on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear on a show-cause order.

Summonses

• Emily S. Duncan, 20, of Vienna, Illinois, was issued summonses for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at 1701 Lacey St.

Theft

• Pet flea medication was reported stolen at Menards, 535 Siemers Drive.

Property damage

• A glass window was reported damaged at 525 S. Ellis St.

Miscellaneous

• Fraudulent use of a credit or debit device was reported.
