The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Christoper C. Brotherton, 22, 2030 Kevin St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and careless and imprudent driving.

Arrests

* Three subjects are in custody pending formal charges of stealing.

* Jennifer A. O'Neal, 25, 103 N. Clark Ave., was arrested on suspicion of misusing 911.

* Bonnie K. Weigel-Hart, 39, 105 N. Clark Ave., No. 31, was arrested a Taney County, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for receiving stolen property.

* Joe D. Davis, 25, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for following to closely and probation revocation, a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks and a New Madrid County warrant for probation violation.

* Charles A. White, 51, of Jackson was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.

Summonses

* Cory M. O'Connor, 21, 711 S. Pacific St., received a summons for animal cruelty.

* Maryln P. Parker, 65, 108 N. Park Ave., received a summons for a leash-law violation.

* Patrick J. Abbott, 48, 815 Illinois St., received a summons for excessive weed growth.

Burglaries

* A burglary was reported at 1573 Lexington Ave. Jewelry and change were taken.

* A burglary and the theft of a television were reported at 319 Park Ave.

* A burglary and the theft of medication were reported at 105 N. Clark Ave.

Thefts

* Huck's, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* Dirt Cheap, 420 S. Kingshighway, reported alcohol stolen.

* Rhodes, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

Property damage

* A vehicle window was reported damaged at 1022 S. Pacific St.

Miscellaneous

* A 26-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* A false report was made.

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
