The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Jonathan Leon Homes, 25, 606 Silver Springs Road, was arrested on suspicion of possession with the intent to distribute, possession of marijuana and tampering with evidence.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of a weapon.

* Lavell Marcell Williams, 19, 206 N. Pindwood Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for trespassing.

* Marie Elizabeth Stevenson, 51, 646 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation.

* A 14-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for possession of drug paraphernalia.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of resisting and interfering with arrest.

Summonses

* Latoya Ann Miller, 24, 1928 Delwin St., received a summons for prohibited acts (loud music) and driving with a suspended license.

* Desira Logan, 23, 207 S. Sprigg St., received a summons for a leash-law violation and animal cruelty.

* Shawna L. Howell, 25, 709 North St., received a summons for a peace disturbance.

* Amber L. Swader, 26, 415 Bellevue St., received a summons for a peace disturbance.

Assaults

* An assault, burglary and property damage were reported.

Thefts

* A laptop and PlayStation 3 controllers were reported stolen at 500 Louis St.

Property damage

* A door was reported damaged at 1001 S. Ellis St.

* A door was reported damaged at 80 N. Broadview St.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 2605 Ranchito Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A leash-law violation was reported.

* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.

* A 44-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
