The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Noah L. Poole, 21, homeless, of Cape Girardeau was arrested at Linden and South Ellis streets on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic violation.
  • Julia N. Linley, 36, of Charleston, Missouri, was arrested at 207 S. Kingshighway on a Cape Girardeau warrant for improper registration.
  • Joannie J. Smith, 43, 717 S. Benton St., was arrested at Shawnee Parkway and South West End Boulevard on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance and stealing knives and a lock from Menards, 535 Siemers Drive.
  • Kyle A. Foutch, 28, 943 Rodney Vista Drive, was arrested at 943 Rodney Vista Drive on Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation and failure to appear for assault.
  • Ramon N. Williams, 48, of Chicago was arrested at 211 Saint Francis Drive on a Paducah, Kentucky, warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court and violation of court order.
  • Andrew D. Vanburg, 45, 1451 Whitener St., was arrested at 1451 Whitener St. on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
  • Brandi D. Vanamburg, 38, 1962 Longview Drive, was arrested at 1451 Whitener St. on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Danny J. Bowen, 53, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
  • Mark D. Kilhafner, 32, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for stealing.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault and unlawful use of a weapon.
  • Hunter L.M. Stephens, 18, 1431 Pemiscot St., was arrested at 601 Highland Drive on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
  • Travis D. Blackmon, 36, of Oran, Missouri, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for improper registration and motor-vehicle financial responsibility required.

Summonses

  • Jamie L. Cramner, 28, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for stealing various merchandise at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • David L. Greene, 41, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for failure to display plates and driving while revoked.
  • Kimyetta T. Bruster, 24, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for animal leash law required and animal city license required.

  • A walking trail was reported damaged at 410 Kiwanis Drive.
  • A vehicle trunk was reported damaged at 903 S. Sprigg St.

Miscellaneous

  • Peace disturbance was reported.
  • Identification documents were reported lost at 3039 William St.
  • Formal charges of violation of an order of protection were pending against a suspect.
