The Cape Girardeau Police Department has released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Samuel Lee Jones, 34, 2508 Saddlegate Court, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and operating a motor vehicle without lamp light/taillight.
* Shalandria Lashon Westbrook, no age given, of Tamms, Illinois, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for larceny.
Property damage
* Property damage and trespassing were reported at 539 S. Middle St.

* Stealing was reported.
