The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Travis D. Wade, 20, 308 Louis St., received a summons for driving while intoxicated and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Arrests

* Judith A. Smith, 57, 2839 Whitener St., was arrested on suspicion of violation of an order of protection.

* Shawn A. Hammock, 20, 2825 Whitener St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

* Cedric J. Lucious, 22, 1012 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for harassment.

* Charles J. Tauser, 44, 316 S. Lorimier St., No. 11, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for indecent exposure and on suspicion of indecent exposure and peace disturbance.

Summonses

* Robert K. Scott, 47, homeless, received a summons for trespassing.

* Faith K. Richardson, 38, of Mill Creek, Ill., received a summons for stealing at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Robbery

* A robbery and unlawful use of a weapon were reported.

Thefts

* Medications were reported stolen at 317 Mill St.

* A cellphone was reported stolen at 211 Saint Francis Drive.

* A driver's license, currency and purse were reported stolen at 3269 William St.

* Subwoofers, an amplifier, CD player and binoculars were reported stolen at 3269 William St.

* Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* A pistol and knife were reported stolen at 262 Siemers Drive.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

Property damage

* A window was reported damaged at 3269 William St.

* A vehicle door was reported damaged at 3269 William St.

Miscellaneous

* A 22-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* A 24-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 30-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* A peace disturbance was reported.

* A request for service was reported.

* Counterfeiting was reported at 3049 William St.

* Statutory rape was reported.
