The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Clayton Lawrence Anderson, 23, 1548 Revlon Drive, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Consenthshae Cunterri Parker, 18, 208 N. West End Blvd., and Derrick Jean Ayers, 19, no address given, were arrested on suspicion of burglary and stealing.

* Portia Necole Lane, 37, of Pulaski, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and stealing.

* Michael Dwayne Terry, 49, of 1225 Bloomfield St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for indecent exposure.

* Sarah H. Cooper, 36, and Kenton D. Davis, 41, both of 738 Watkins Drive, were arrested on suspicion of stealing at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.

* Four 16-year-old boys were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of burglary, stealing and false declaration.

* Willie Lee Brown IV, 25, 608 Boxwood Drive, Apt. C, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Brian Scott Kinder, 26, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for littering in a public place.

* Gary Wyatt Ledbetter, 20, 1808 Greenbrier Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for harassing communication.

* Subjects were in custody pending formal charges of burglary and stealing.

* Bernadette Luella Richards, 23, of Mounds Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing and a Scott County warrant for stealing motor fuel.

Summonses

* Michael Robert Becker, 21, 233 N. Ellis St., was issued a summons for nuisance party.

* Sarah Matthias, 28, 230 N. Ellis St., was issued a summons for nuisance party.

Assaults

* Assault was reported.

Burglary

* A laptop, jewelry box, money, toy gun, pistol and safe were reported stolen at 35 N. Park St.

Thefts

* Food and service were reported stolen at Huddle House, 511 N. Kingshighway

* Ryan D. Dietz, 20, of Florissant, Mo., was issued a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Taylor J. Loethen, 20, 1710 N. Sprigg St., was issued a summons for trespassing.
