CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Chance P. Landin, 31, 333 N. Ellis St., was arrested on an Austin, Texas, probation and parole warrant and on a St. Louis County warrant for failure to appear for obstruction.

* Christopher B. Irving, 29, 312 W. Lorimier St., was arrested on a Yazoo County, Mississippi, warrant for statutory rape.

* Hollie J. Tidwell, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Robert J. Haynes, 22, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Joel R. Southwick, 29, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for probation violation.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.

* Wendell Gene King, 56, of Whitewater was arrested on five Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

* Natahsa Storey Dannenmueller, 28, 2546 Meadow Lane, was arrested at on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

* Kathleen D. Lane, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance.

* Jamie M. Schumacher, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to stop at a steady red light.

* Amy A. Pool, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

* Rodney T. Carroll, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for unsafe start at Mount Auburn Road and Route K.

Thefts

* A shotgun was reported stolen at 1408 Bessie St.

* A motor vehicle was reported stolen at 296 Christine St.

* A motor vehicle was reported stolen.

* An iPhone was reported stolen at 2824 Independence St.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for shoplifting at Macy's.

* Theft of an air conditioner was reported at 317 S. Hanover St.

* Assault was reported at Broadway and Water Street.

* Domestic assault was reported.

Property damage

* Property damage, stealing from a motor vehicle and tampering with a motor vehicle were reported at 28 S. Hanover St.

* Property damage was reported at 234 N. Lorimier St.

Miscellaneous

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for peace disturbance.

* A bag of a green leafy substance was found at 1550 Themis St.

* A 50-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Interference with custody was reported.

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Angela L. Zoellner, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana.

* Floyd L. Jones, 57, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Rhoads C. Neill, 33, of San Antonio was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle on the highway without a valid license.

* Christopher T. Lands, 36, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
