The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Jaron L. Clark, 19, 639 S. Spring Ave., Apt. G, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, a red-light violation and no insurance.

Arrests

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of behaviors injurious to self and others.

* Anthony J. Barton, 22, 2755 Hawthorne Road, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* A subject was taken into custody pending formal charges of sexual misconduct.

* Ginger K. Crockett, 37, 2802 Independence St., No. 9, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Summonses

* Steve E. Essner, 55, 6701 County Road 621, received a summons for excessive weed growth.

* Ronald L. Grojean, 62, 819 N. Kingshighway, received a summons for nuisance-sanitation and failure to repair or demolish property.

Thefts

* A generator was reported stolen in Whitewater, Mo.

* Huck's Convenience Store, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported phone chargers stolen.

* Brother's Lounge, 2023 Independence St., reported glass tip jars stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

Burglary

* A burglary and theft of two televisions were reported at 507 S. Hanover St.

Miscellaneous

* A 22-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
