The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Jabir N. Ziyad, age not given, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, possession of a controlled substance, striking a legally parked vehicle and lane violation.

* Dale A. Hanebrink, 623 N. Spanish St., received a summons for driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.

Arrests

* Michelle E. Schwausch, 35, of Tipp City, Ohio, was arrested on suspicion of false declaration.

* Nichole E. Mather, 23, 1929 Delwin St., Apt. 1, was arrested on a Scott City warrant.

* Danya M. Ross, 23, 934 William St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for no operator's license and unlawful use of a weapon and a Jackson County, Ill., warrant for identity theft.

* A suspect was in custody pending charges of concealment of contraband.

Summonses

* Cynthia M. Brown, 18, 601 N. Sprigg St., No. 4, received a summons for stealing.

Assaults

* A domestic assault was reported at 2914 Kage Road, No. 24. Krystal L. Hammonds, 26, 2914 Kage Road, No. 24, was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* A subject was taken into custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* An iPad was reported stolen at 701 Albert St.

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported alcohol stolen. Brandi M. Calbert, 31, of Mounds, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection with the complaint.

* Money was reported stolen.

* Bi-State, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of fuel.

Burglary

* A burglary and theft of a laptop computer were reported at 709 North St.

* A burglary and theft of an iPod were reported at 2136 William Street.

* A burglary and theft of a computer, television, subwoofers, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and machete were reported at 1003 Locust Street.

* A burglary and theft of a purse were reported at 1530 Bertling St.

Miscellaneous

* A 35-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 35-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 39-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 33-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
