The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Kelbie B. Rodgers, 21, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for failure to pay fines.
* Shaniqua M. Farr, 21, 501 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
* Kevin M. Jantz, 25, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant and a Bollinger County warrant for failure to appear for traffic violations.
* Sophia Theresa Mack, 31, 338 N. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for vehicle public nuisance.
* Umme Habiba, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for improperly changing lanes.
* Evan R. Robinson, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a legally parked vehicle.
* Avery A. Kerley, no age given, of Grantsburg, Illinois, was issued a summons for improperly changing lanes.
* Adam R. Koody, no age given, of McClure, Illinois, was issued a summons for failure to drive on the right half of roadway.
* Charles P. Murphy, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.
* Burglary was reported by Columbia Construction at 257 Siemers Drive.
* Property damage was reported at 270 Shirley Drive.
* A 29-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Suspects were in custody pending formal charges of receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled substance, driving while revoked and failure to have two lighted headlamps.
