* Kaytee L. Pierce, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
* Two suspects were in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of synthetic narcotic, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of a firearm and failure to use signal.
* Donnell L. McFarland, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to drive in a single lane.
* Molly R. Arnzen, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to yield.
* Bobby D. Canady, no age given, of Chaffee, Missouri, was issued a summons for improper backing.
* Chloe R. Williams, no age given, of Anna, Illinois, was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.
* Andrew Curtis Lysell, 25, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.
* A bicycle was reported stolen at 918 William St.
* A cellphone was reported stolen at 1027 Broadway.
* Trespassing, damaged fence and stolen vehicle parts were reported at 99 S. Louisiana Ave.
* A vehicle was reported stolen at 7 N. Benton St.
* An iPhone was reported stolen at William Street and Kingshighway.
* A Missouri license plate was reported stolen at 2861 Themis St.
* Money was reported stolen at Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive.
* Jewelry was reported stolen at Kmart.
* Clothing was reported stolen at J.C. Penney.
* Prescription medication was reported stolen at 2849 Themis St.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* A vehicle was reported damaged at 1619 Whitener St.
* Fraudulent use of credit/debit device was reported at 3439 William St.
* Assist other agency was reported.
* A 32-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* Domestic assault and harassment was reported.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while revoked.
* Fraudulent use of credit/debit device was reported at 505 S. Kingshighway.
* Rent-A-Center, 2136 William St., reported a rental cellphone was not returned.
* Rent-A-Center, 2136 William St., reported a laptop computer was not returned.
* Trafficking drugs was reported.
The Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety released the following item.
* A black and gray Trayl Dispatch bicycle was reported stolen from Lot 1-7.
