CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
• Jeremy A. King, 35, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for improper registration.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of unlawful possession of a concealable firearm at 410 Kiwanis Drive.

Summonses

• Jeffrey L. Colyer, 57, of Jackson was issued a summons for property damage at Sears, 330 Siemers Drive.
• Diana R. Whitener, 32, of Jackson was issued a summons for stealing a tow adapter, toiletry item and pet supplies from Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

Assaults

• Domestic assault was reported.
• Domestic assault was reported.

Burglary

• Burglary was reported.

Thefts

• Clothing was reported stolen from Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• Toiletry items were reported stolen from Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• An all-weather sign was reported stolen at 1112 Bertling St.

Property damage

• An advertising sign was reported damaged at Church of God, 500 Emerald St.
