The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Rylie S. Caler, no age given, of Collinsville, Illinois, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.
* Brendan M. Duncan, no age given, and Tepra M. Wells, no age given, both of St. Louis, were arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
* A 47-year-old man was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

* A dirt bike was reported stolen at 708 Benton St.

* A burglary was reported.
