The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* A 13-year-old female was cited into juvenile court for suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
* Kenisha Denise England, 17, 129 S. Louisiana St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for suspicion of a seat-belt violation and failure to appear for a seat-belt violation.
* Charlton Durand Bowen, 45, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for no insurance.
* Gregory A. Cotter, 43, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested for suspicion of stealing a Blu-ray player, Blu-ray discs and toys at Walmart, 3439 William St.
* Kyaw Zan Lin, 20, 1304 Broadway, was arrested for suspicion of domestic assault.
* Danny Jay Halter, 58, 429 N. Frederick St., was arrested for suspicion of trespassing.
* Terrance L. Lane, 37, 315 Merriwether St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
* Three subjects are in custody, pending filing of formal charges for suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with the intention to distribute and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
* A subject is in custody, pending filing of formal charges for suspicion of domestic assault, felonious restraint and property damage.
* Danny Jay Halter, 58, 429 N. Frederick St., was issued a summons for trespassing.
* Matthew Jacob Komorech, 30, 1744 Luce St., was issued a summons for maintaining a nuisance.
* Assault was reported.
* Assualt was reported.
* Money was reported stolen from Alcoholics Anonymous on 417 Broadway.
* A Direct TV satellite dish was reported stolen at 1206 N. Spanish St.
* A bicycle was reported stolen at 2863 Whitener St.
* A bicycle was reported stolen at 1515 Independence St.
* Currency was reported stolen at American Motors, 915 Broadway.
* A cell phone and wallet were reported stolen at 408 Bellevue St.
* A vehicle driver's side window was reported broken at 30 N. Hanover St.
* A vehicle window was reported broken on South Missouri Avenue and William Street.
* A convertible top was reported cut at 516 Washington St.
* A 15-year-old female was reported runaway.
* Attempted suicide was reported.
* Interference with custody was reported.
