* Christopher L. Thurm, 32, 7040 St. Highway 177, received a summons for driving while intoxicated and failure to yield

Arrests

* Samantha D. Petrie, 17, Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Pearl L. Parker, 36, address not given, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

* Dalton M. Moncier, 19, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., received a summons for shoplifting at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.

* Kyle J. Mosher,19, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., received a summons for shoplifting at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

* A 45-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

* Tampering with physical evidence was reported.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for being a minor visibly intoxicated and beyond parental control.

* Robbery was reported at 170 East Rodney Drive.
