CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.
• Nkki L. Russell, 43, no address given, was arrested on a Cole County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked at 230 N. Spring St.
• Anita M. Draper, 34, of St. Louis was arrested at North Spanish Street and Broadway on a Perry County, Missouri, warrant for driving without a license.
• Natasha M. Holweg, 37, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested at 1 S. Kingshighway on a Cape Girardeau warrant for improper registration.
• Jennifer L. Knight, 45, 646 Terry Lane, was arrested at Terry Lane and Themis Street on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court.
• Julia N. Linley, 36, of Charleston, Missouri, was arrested at Luce Street and Sunset Boulevard on a Miner, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for no insurance.
• Lindsey M. Smith, 31, of Cadet, Missouri, was arrested on West End Boulevard on a Washington County, Missouri, warrant for probation violation.
• Frinbrinzo J. Boyd, 36, 909 Hackberry St., was arrested at 121 S. Sprigg St. on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a traffic violation.
• Natasha M. Holweg, 37, no address given, was arrested at Walgreens, 1 S. Kingshighway, on suspicion of stealing.
• Amanda Brill, no age given, 234 N. Lorimier St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of 35 grams or less at 234 N. Lorimier St.
• Joshua Calvin Burns-Martin, no age given, 628 S. Pacific St., was arrested on North Kingshighway on suspicion of possession of 35 grams or less, driving while revoked and displaying the plates of another.

Summonses

• Darin E. Scruggs, no age give, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal leash law required at 1537 West End Blvd.

Burglary

• Burglary and theft of a laptop, three televisions, a Playstation 4, cash and a knife were reported at 524 S. Pacific St.

Thefts

• Arrowheads and coins were reported stolen from a motor vehicle at 666 S. Spring St.
• A purse and its contents were reported stolen from 536 S. Spring St.
• A silver 2004 Dodge Neon was reported stolen at 2346 Broadway.
• Theft was reported at 523 Minnesota Ave.
• Theft was reported at 211 Saint Francis Drive.

Property damage

• Property damage and trespassing were reported at Alma Schrader Elementary School, 1360 Randol Ave.
• Property damage and trespassing were reported at 1101 Bloomfield St.

Miscellaneous

• A missing person was reported at 325 N. Sprigg St.
• Child abuse was reported.
