Arrests

  • Robert Cassell II, 31, 2615 Themis St., was arrested on a Scott County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear and a Mississippi County, Missouri, warrant for family offense.
  • Luigi Mastropierro, 38, 1019 Harmony St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing miscellaneous items at Wal-Mart.
  • Two suspects were in custody pending formal charges of stealing at J.C. Penney, 3029 William St.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of unlawful possession of a concealable firearm and possession of heroin.
  • A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for assault.

Summonses

  • Cayleigh Owens, 21, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for stealing cosmetics at Wal-Mart, 3429 William St.
  • Stephen Davie, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to stop for a steady red light.
  • Sarina Cox, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for assault.
  • Sherman Combs, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for improper backing.

Assault

  • Domestic assault was reported.

  • A television and iPad were reported stolen at 415 S. Benton St.
  • Missouri license plates were reported stolen at 813 Merriwether St.
  • A white 2003 Buick Century was reported stolen at 618 North St.

Miscellaneous

  • Unlawful use of weapons was reported.
  • Impersonation of a law enforcement officer was reported.

Arrests

  • Ashley Biri, 25, of Millersville was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for first-degree tampering.
  • Melissa Mastropierro, 33, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of controlled substance.
  • Jesse Pulley, 39, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked, possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree trespassing.
  • Aaron Stroder, 30, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.
  • John Brown, 25, of Fruitland was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for second-degree burglary and stealing.
