Arrests

  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
  • Four boys were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of theft and property damage.
  • Elizabeth I. Harris, 34, 1060 W. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.
  • Kimberly E. Williams, 25, 3925 Granite Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for trespassing at the SEMO District Fair, 410 Kiwanis Drive.
  • Dana M. Isaac, 25, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on three Sikeston warrants for failure to appear.
  • Shawn A. Hammock, 24, 1605 Clark Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.
  • Alvin J. Davis, 31, 1122 Rear N. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

  • Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway, reported whiskey stolen.
  • A purse was reported stolen at William Street and Siemers Drive.
  • Buchheit reported theft from a motor vehicle.

  • Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
  • Forgery was reported at Southeast Pediatrics, 25 Doctors' Park.
  • A counterfeit $20 bill was reported at Amerimart, 1803 Independence St.
  • A counterfeit $10 bill was reported at Smokers' Outlet, 2116 William St.
  • A 36-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
  • Trespassing was reported.
