The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Richard L. Gregory, 19, 2525 Singing Hills Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Angelica C. Larrier, 23, 601 North St., No. 3, was arrested on suspicion of assault on a law enforcement officer.

* Mary F. Steele, 54, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Mikel Chalmers II, 30, 540 S. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, burglary and stealing.

* Suspects were in custody pending formal charges of stealing medication.

* Alicia I. McKnight, 27, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.

* Robert L. Clingingsmith, 65, 2321 Hunters Lane, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

Summonses

* Scott D. Winkler, no age given, 1616 N. Spanish St., was issued a summons for improper turn.

* Michael C. Markhart, 19, 916 Penny Ave., was issued a summons for prohibited acts of yelling and exhibition driving.

* Mary E. Holland, no age given, 609 Sycamore Circle, was issued a summons for failure to yield.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

Burglaries

* Burglary, property damage and theft of a dog, Xbox, television, microwave, shoes, clothing and a computer were reported at 807 S. Sprigg St.

* Burglary and theft of medication was reported at 611 S. West End Blvd.

Thefts

* A purse was reported stolen at 1033 N. Fountain St.

* A wallet was reported at 510 N. Middle St.

Property damage

* A vehicle window was reported damaged at 316 S. Lorimier St.

* A keyed vehicle was reported at 330 N. Spring St.

Miscellaneous

* A 46-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Fraud was reported.

* Identity theft was reported.

* Harassment was reported.

* Animal leash law violation was reported.
