* Uriel G. Ruiz, no age given, 3002 Themis St., No. 4, was issued summonses for driving while intoxicated, no driver's license, leaving the scene, striking two legally-parked vehicles, careless and imprudent driving, failure to drive on right half of roadway and no proof of insurance.
* Jason A. Schaper, 39, 1525 N. Water St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Menards, 535 Seimers Drive.
* Jazmin G. Beasley, 25, 516 Cape Meadows Circle, No. 40, was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked, resisting arrest and speeding.
* Vicente V. Young, 21, of Memphis, Tenn., was arrested on suspicion of burglary, first-degree assault and armed criminal action.
* Marcquise Taylor, 18, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of burglary, first-degree assault and armed criminal action.
* William L. Taylor, 19, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of burglary, first-degree assault and armed criminal action.
* Charles J. Tauser, 56, 316 S. Lorimier St., No. 11, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Eric E. Eakins, 39, 3002 Themis St., No. 2, was arrested on suspicion of failing to register as a sex offender.
* Benjamin R. Davis, 33, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing and a Sikeston, Mo., warrant.
* Joey I. Combs, 29, 605 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Jeromiah A. Trankle, 35, 1400 S. West End Blvd., No. 98, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
* A 13-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault and being beyond parental control.
* Vashon L. Bell, 26, 1115 Bloomfield St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear and a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* A 23-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* A 32-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* A 42-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Failure to return a silver 2013 Dodge Dart was reported at Hertz, 879 S. Kings-highway.
* Peace disturbance was reported.
* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported at South Hanover Street and Bloomfield Street.

The Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University released the following item.
* A silver motorcycle helmet was reported stolen in Lot 5-1.
