DWIs

* Kyle R. McDaniel, 30, of Jonesboro, Ark., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.

* Mary E. Slinkard, 57, 122 D St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Christopher D. O'Connell, 47, 1731 Westwood Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Anthony J. Minner, 27, 630 Broadridge Drive, Apt. F4, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges for stealing.

* Kimberly G. Busby, 33, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Dlonta A. Perkins, 19, 212 Lorimier St., Apt. 10, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges for possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Property damage

* Heuer Sons Implement Co. reported damage to a backhoe at 861 S. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

* A 47-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Aaron's Sales and Leasing, 334 S. Kingshighway, reported a failure to return rental property.

* Fraudulent use of a credit card was reported.

* Morgan R. Allen, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Christopher L. Barnes, 27, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Cailin M. McGinnis, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right side of the roadway.

* Geoffrey D. Seyer, 27, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Madison P. Manshack, 18, of Ste. Genevieve, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
