CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

• Michelle Diane Medlock, 33, 8 Village Drive, No. 1, was arrested on Scott City warrants for failure to appear for forgery and failure to appear for passing bad checks.

Summons

• Susanne Y. Hildebrand, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to yield.

Theft

• A checkbook, debit card, iPhone, GPS unit and tape box were reported stolen at 1753 Bessie St.
• A cellphone was reported stolen at 616 Boxwood Drive.
• An air conditioning unit was reported stolen at 106 S. Henderson Ave.

Assault

• An assault and theft of a medical card, prescription drugs, cellphone, Missouri driver's license and a green wallet were reported.

Miscellaneous

• Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.
• A violation of order of protection was reported.
