Arrests

  • A 15-year-old girl was taken into custody on suspicion of assault and resisting arrest.
  • Patrick L. Buck Sr., 45, 1108 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a federal warrant for transfer or unauthorized use of food stamps.
  • Crystal F. Cunningham, 24, of Mayfield, Kentucky, was arrested on a Dexter, Missouri, warrant for possession of narcotic equipment.
  • James D. Peet, 23, of Oran was arrested on a Jefferson City, Missouri, warrant for parole violation.
  • Rodney L. Coomer, 56, of Whitewater was arrested at 211 Saint Francis Drive on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for trespassing and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
  • Virginia E. Adams, 42, of Olive Branch, Illinois, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest, driving with a revoked license and careless and imprudent driving at 2100 William St.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

  • Hannah L Graham, 34, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to contain a vicious animal.
  • Patrick R. Baker, 47, of Puxico, Missouri, was issued a summons for shoplifting at Menards, 535 Siemers Dr.
  • Zack A. Moore, 19, of Puxico, Missouri, was issued a summons for shoplifting at Menards, 535 Siemers Dr.
  • Joel S. Grace, no age given, of Sikeston, Missouri, was issued a summons for following too closely during a motor-vehicle accident at Interstate 55 and Route K.
  • Joel E. Garner, 17, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
  • Kyle A. Richards, 21, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and having expired license plates.
