The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Harold L. Appel III, no age given, 1861 N. Middle St., was arrested on suspicion of driving with a revoked license.

* David J. Best, no age or address given, was arrested on suspicion of first-degree trespassing at 209 S. Kingshighway.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported fuel stolen.

* A car stereo was reported stolen from a vehicle.

* Kidd's Convenience Store, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* A license plate was reported stolen at Independence and Louisiana streets.

* Identity theft was reported.

Property damage

* A passenger-side window of a vehicle was reported damaged at 918 S. Ellis St.

* Three windows were reported broken out of a vehicle at 800 S. Ellis St.

* A rear window of a vehicle was reported broken at 709 S. Ellis, Apt A.

* The driver's-side window of a vehicle was reported broken out at 1149 S. Sprigg St.

Miscellaneous

* An 88-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* Interference with child custody was reported.

* A 61-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Zachary A. Allen, 21, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for operating a motor vehicle without validation, failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to produce insurance and on Perry County warrants for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of an illegal weapon, driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving, failure to drive on the right half of roadway and tampering.

* Kelly M. Seabaugh, 34, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a probation and parole warrant for being a parole absconder for driving while intoxicated.

* Dalton W. Knight, 20, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of resisting a lawful detention.

* Lyonel M. Heard, 42, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Kelly R. Gause, no age given, 620 S. Henderson Avenue, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.

Thefts

* Fishing equipment, a chain-saw and other items were reported stolen at 325 S. Lorimier St.

* Tools were reported stolen from a pickup truck at 1125 Dorothy St.

* Theft of a credit card and a purse was reported from a car at 2150 Sussex Drive.

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* A 9 mm Ruger pistol was reported stolen from a car at 618 North St.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported fuel stolen.

Miscellaneous

* A request for service was made.

* Child molestation was reported.
