The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Eve Elizabeth Andrews, 47, 550 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Sears Grand, 330 Siemers Drive.

* Tyler Pete Hawn, 49, 1673 Westwood Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing and trespassing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of theft.

* An MP3 player and checks were reported stolen at 2509 Melrose Ave.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of theft of alcohol and food at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

Summons

* Phillip Traughber, 27, of Marion, Ill., was issued a summons on suspicion of stealing household goods at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

Burglaries

* Burglary, damage to a door and door frame and theft of a computer, Xbox 360 with accessories and games, flash drive, phone charger, jewelry and computer bags were reported at 1512 Stoddard St.

* Burglary, unlawful possession of a concealable firearm and theft of a camera, handgun, change jar, wallet and contents were reported at 823 S. Benton St.

* Burglary, damage to a door frame and theft of an Xbox 360, games and jewelry were reported at 602 Boxwood Drive.

* Theft of a license plate was reported at 357 Siemers Drive.

* Theft of medications was reported at 1408 N. Main St.

* Theft was reported at 3028 Patriot Drive.

Miscellaneous

* Counterfeiting was reported.

* Damage to a car stereo with video screen was reported at 716 Locust St.

* Making a false bomb report was reported.

* Damage to a door was reported at 1080 S. Ellis St.

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Douglas E. Smith Sr., 49, of Dutchtown was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.

* Trish N. Davis, 19, of Delta was arrested on suspicion of third-degree domestic assault.

* Paul D. Roberts, 32, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked and failure to stop at a steady red signal.

* Mark A. Burton, 48, of Kennett, Mo., was arrested on a Dunklin County, Mo., warrant for first-degree child molestation.

* Daniel W. Buck, 35, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court and failure to pay fines and costs for improper registration.

* Melissa R. Crass, 29, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of third-degree domestic assault.

* Lance E. Gartman, 42, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
