* Rantricus M. Wigfall, 26, 101 N. Ellis St., No. 6, was arrested on a Georgia warrant for probation violation.
* Deandre Betts, 21, 624 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a traffic offense.
* Travis L. Rand, 32, 430 N. Frederick St., was arrested on a Butler County warrant for stalking.
* Harold J. Bays, 42, 31 N. Hanover St., was arrested on a Pemiscot County warrant for nonsupport.
* Ramondo C. Williams, 33, 3208 Themis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration and driving while revoked.
* Jeffrey E. Saylor, 49, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated and on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court for failure to obey a lawful order.
* Tyler J. Clark, 25, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of assault.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
* Nicole E. Mather, 23, 51 Hazel St., Apt. 4, was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for drug paraphernalia.
* Robert E. Tubbs, 29, 827 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on New Madrid County warrants for fraud/insufficient funds and for parole violation.
* Derrick L. Jones, 47, 1102 William St., was arrested on an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for possession of marijuana.
* Two subjects were taken into custody pending formal charges of stealing.
* J.L.D. Johnson, 21, 1229 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* Jason E. Lashley, 34, 737 Themis St., Apt. 2, received a summons for animal neglect, failure to keep living quarters clean and no city animal license.
* Harold J. Bays, 42, 31 N. Hanover St., received a summons for illegal dumping.

* A burglary and the theft of checks were reported.
Theft
* Rhodes 101, 1624 Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.
* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported nail polish and cologne stolen.
* Missouri license plates were reported stolen at 701 Broadway.
* Bicycles were reported stolen at 133 S. Ellis St.
* A 1986 Tan Ford F150 Truck was reported stolen at 1601 Independence St.
* An air conditioner was reported stolen at 515 S. Hanover St.
* A wallet was reported stolen at 40 S. Sprigg St.
* A purse was reported stolen at 2861 Themis St.
* The theft of a GPS unit and damage to a vehicle window were reported at 247 Siemers Drive.
* A wallet was reported stolen at 3439 William St.
* TVs and a Nintendo DS were reported stolen at 630 Fountain St.
Property damage
* Damage to a mailbox and post was reported at 2806 Perryville Road and 2212 Perryville Road.
* Damage to a window was reported at 2 N. West End Blvd.

* A subject was taken into protective custody at 622 Boxwood Drive.
