Arrests

  • Robert D. Garrity, 39, homeless, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing at 107 S. Hanover St.
  • Two suspects were in custody pending formal charges of assault and resisting arrest.
  • Thomas J. Easley, 29, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for improper registration.
  • Melissa L. Vogelsang, 45, 2031 Kevin St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
  • Chad N. Schilli, 31, 2440 Thilenius St., was arrested on a Perryville, Missouri, warrant for a property crime.
  • Harrison Hicks, 19, of Wildwood, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.

Summonses

  • Brittney N. Phillips, 24, of Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • Brian Ashley Andrews, 37, no address given, was cited for leash law required.

  • A phone charger were reported stolen from a vehicle at 1562 Saratoga Ave.
  • Bow and arrows and a bow case were reported stolen from a vehicle at 1520 Amblewood Drive.
  • A GPS unit, money and checks were reported stolen at 1806 Huntington Drive.
  • Flooring material was reported stolen at Menards, 535 Siemers Drive.
  • Shoplifting was reported at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.

Property damage

  • A deadbolt to a rear door was reported damaged at 513 N. Fountain St.
